| Conditions of Ticket Sales |

- The Schedule of Play may be altered as a consequence of adverse weather or other conditions. Any such alterations shall be at the sole discretion of the tournament organisers, with announcements being made in the media whenever possible.
- The purchaser of any ticket shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of adverse weather conditions which result in not more than one hour’s play on the day for which the ticket is valid, and such ticket shall not be valid for any other day during the period of the tournament.
- Notwithstanding the above, if there is less than one hour’s play on the Finals day, Saturday January 5th, the tournament organisers shall endeavour to reschedule the uncompleted matches to Sunday January 6th. If such rescheduling is possible, tickets purchased for Saturday January 5th shall be valid for Sunday January 6th, and no refunds will be made unless play is again restricted to less than one hour.
- Procedures on how to claim refunds will be announced in the press within 72 hours of any such refunds becoming applicable. Refunds will only be given upon presentation of ticket stubs.
